Clear Path Gen, founded in 2024, is on a mission to help young people grow their money skills with confidence—through practical knowledge, smart tools, and real-world experience. Our online programs are designed to be engaging, relatable, and grounded in what actually works, including real estate as a key part of the journey.

Our Story
It started with a single money-mindset session. We watched a room full of young people - some as early as middle school, others fresh out of college - shift from uncertainty to curiosity. Questions started flying, budgets took shape, and real financial confidence began to grow. That spark became the foundation of Clear Path Gen.
Across the country, the need for this shift is undeniable. Despite growing up in one of the most financially complex eras in history, only 26% of college students consider themselves confident in managing money. Just 46% of high school graduates believe they’re prepared to reach their financial goals. Meanwhile, national financial literacy scores still average around 50%, with no meaningful improvement in recent years.

At the same time, momentum is building. Twenty-six states now require personal finance courses to graduate high school. Platforms using gamification and digital engagement are proving that finance can be both fun and effective. And interest in real estate as a tool for building wealth is growing rapidly among younger generations, with programs like Kids Real Estate Academy seeing unprecedented traction.
We created Clear Path Gen to meet this moment - offering practical, age-appropriate pathways that connect financial confidence with real-world impact. Because when young people start early, they don’t just learn about money they learn how to change their lives with it.
